Lady Gaga set to beat Beyonce at VMAS

London (ANI): Singer Lady Gaga has admitted that she is 'delighted' to be battling it out with Beyonce at this year's (09) MTV Video Music Awards - and is adamant she won't go home empty-handed. The 'Just Dance' singer, who is nominated for nine gongs alongside the 'Crazy In Love' hitmaker, will compete at the 13 September (09) event in New York.

"So excited! I can't believe it. I'm delighted to be in Beyonce's company, and I can't wait to go to the awards show and hopefully kick some a**," the Daily Star quoted Lady Gaga as saying.

Apart from Beyonce, Lady Gaga will battle it out against pop heavy weights such as Britney Spears, Eminem and Kanye West for the prestigious Video of the Year award.
