Liam Gallagher fine with brother Noel going solo

London, (ANI): Liam Gallagher has given the green signal to his brother and fellow Oasis member Noel"s plans to begin work on a solo album.

Noel recently confessed having penned 'lots of songs' that did not suit the group, though he insisted having no plans to head for a solo project. But the rocker"s brother said he has no qualms if Noel decided to pursue his own musical journey.

"Who knows, man, maybe he needs to go and do his solo record? f**king hell, I don't know, I really don't know," the Daily Star quoted Liam telling NME.com. "If it (recording a solo album) makes him happy, yeah, if it makes him happy. It would sound very civilised I reckon? (that's) a f**king awful thing - but maybe it's a good thing for him," he added.
