Mariah, Lionel to perform at MJ's memorial service

London (ANI): Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, and Lionel Richie are among the stars who are set to perform at Michael Jackson's memorial service. The Jackson family had announced that several music geniuses would be involved in the 90-minute tribute at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles today.

Other artists taking part also include singers Jennifer Hudson, Usher, John Mayer, actress Brooke Shields, and basketball players Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant, reports the Telegraph. Britain's Got Talent finalist Shaheen Jafargholi, 12, will also feature in the event that will be broadcast live across the globe on television and the Internet.

The Jacksons, however, said that the list was "preliminary and subject to change."
