Miley Cyrus’ sister's tacky outfit causes outrage

Melbourne, (ANI): Miley Cyrus' nine-year-old sister Noah has caused ripples after wearing a 'tacky' outfit to Halloween party.

Cyrus junior appeared at the 16th Annual Dream Halloween party in Los Angeles, dressed in lipstick, leather boots and a costume reduced to the thigh. However, detractors were quick to slam the kid and called her choice of dress 'trashy'.

"If she is wearing like this at nine years old, I can't imagine how she will wear when she is 19," the Herald Sun quoted a website reader, as saying.

The event was organised by the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation to raise funds.
