MJ’s dermatologist makes surprise objection

London (ANI): Michael Jackson"s former dermatologist raised eyebrows after making a surprise objection to a judge"s recent decision to grant custody of the star"s children to their grandmother. Arnold Klein, who has been speculated to be the biological father of some of Jackson kids, was reportedly asked by the judge at Los Angeles Superior Court to give a reason for his objection.

Klein"s attorney said that his client was not “a presumed parent" but was concerned about the education and other daily needs of Prince Michael, 12, Paris Michael, 10, and Prince Michael II, 7, reports Times Online. The objection was said to have been overruled and the singer"s mother, Katherine, 79, was allowed to raise Jackson"s children.

The decision came after Katherine reached an out-of-court deal with Debbie Rowe, the former wife of Jackson and the biological mother of the two eldest children. Rowe agreed not to battle for custody in exchange for visitation rights.
