MJ’s doc could face arrest over unpaid child support

troubled
physician
Conrad
Murray
has
landed
amidst
the
eye
of
a
new
storm
–
the
threat
of
an
arrest
and
losing
his
medical
license
looms
large
over
the
doc
for
failing
to
pay
child
support
expenses.
Murray,
who
is
already
the
centre
of
an
investigation
into
MJ"s
death
from
an
overdose
of
prescription
drugs,
reportedly
owes
13,000
dollars
to
a
Californian,
Nenita
Malibiran,
with
whom
he
has
fathered
a
child.
According
to
the
Las
Vegas
District
Attorney"s
Office
a
warrant
for
Murray
has
been
recommended
to
the
court
after
the
doc
did
not
appear
for
a
hearing
on
the
case
at
the
Clark
County
Court.
However,
no
warrant
has
yet
been
issued.

Tess
Driver
as
saying:
"There's
a
10-day
objection
period,
so
he
has
10
days
to
respond
before
that
would
happen." Driver
added
they
also
planned
to
appeal
the
Nevada
medical
board
for
suspending

license.
