MJ’s doc could face arrest over unpaid child support

Washington (ANI): Michael Jackson"s troubled physician Conrad Murray has landed amidst the eye of a new storm – the threat of an arrest and losing his medical license looms large over the doc for failing to pay child support expenses. Murray, who is already the centre of an investigation into MJ"s death from an overdose of prescription drugs, reportedly owes 13,000 dollars to a Californian, Nenita Malibiran, with whom he has fathered a child.

According to the Las Vegas District Attorney"s Office a warrant for Murray has been recommended to the court after the doc did not appear for a hearing on the case at the Clark County Court. However, no warrant has yet been issued.

E! Online quoted D.A. spokesperson Tess Driver as saying: "There's a 10-day objection period, so he has 10 days to respond before that would happen." Driver added they also planned to appeal the Nevada medical board for suspending Murray"s medical license.
