University professor sues Rihanna

Washington (ANI): RnB star Rihanna has been sued by a university professor after her guests allegedly trespassed on his property. Christian Moeller, a design and media art scholar at the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA), is the singer"s next door neighbour.

According to Contactmusic, He has filed a legal petition against the singer, claiming that people visiting her rented house regularly dump their cars on his lawn. A report published by the website TMZ.com says that Moeller is suing Rihanna for allowing people and cars to trespass on his property.

Meanwhile, according to various celebrity gossip and music websites, a sex tape reportedly featuring Rihanna has been leaked online. The clip in question has been modified to give a 'night vision' green-filter feel similar to Paris Hilton"s famous sex tape, reports the Daily Telegraph.

It goes for 13 seconds and shows a woman who looks like a version of the 'Umbrella" singer from a couple of years ago. The man in the video is not visible, so it's impossible to say whether or not it's her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. Rumours of a sex tape between the couple have been making rounds for the last few months. The maker of the video has promised to release more footage on June 22.
