Shakira set for a cameo in ‘Ugly Betty’

Washington (ANI): Curvy sensation Shakira is all set to make her debut on the small screen with a cameo role in TV hit 'Ugly Betty". The 'Hips Don't Lie" hit-maker will be seen playing herself in an episode of the show. The episode is set on a photoshoot in the Bahamas.

"We"ve mentioned her several times over the course of the series and have always wanted to work with her," Contactmusic quoted Ugly Betty creator Silvio Horta as having told People. “She"s an enormous Latina icon, as is Betty, and we thought it was a perfect fit," he added.
