Victoria appear as a guest judge on American Idol

Washington (ANI): Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has signed on to appear as a guest judge for another round of the TV talent show American Idol. Victoria a.k.a Posh accompanied Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi for the opening auditions in Denver, Colorado last Friday as a guest judge.

However, after impressing TV bosses with her critiquing, the wife of soccer ace David Beckham was invited to extend her Idol stint by taping another episode in Boston, Massachusetts. She will help the judges hand out "golden tickets" to successful contestants who will advance to the next phase of the competition.

But a representative for Victoria insists the Boston stop is likely to be the end of her Idol journey - because the singer-turned-fashion designer has to focus on her clothing range. "There are no talks of her being a permanent judge. They felt she was natural in Denver. She has Fashion Week coming up and she is focusing on that," Contactmusic quoted her rep as saying.
