Lil Wayne parties before serving jail term

New York (ANI): Lil Wayne was spotted partying hard before his due jail term for possession of an illegal gun.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper pleaded guilty to possessing a .40-caliber semi-automatic on his tour bus outside the Beacon Theatre. The 27-year-old was seen enjoying himself alongside rapper Nelly at a Miami hot spot.

"They were with a big group of women and stayed until 4 a.m," the New York Post quoted a source as saying. The star will be sentenced in February when he is expected to be handed a year in prison.
