Winehouse kicks theatre manager in groin at panto show
International
oi-Staff
London
(ANI):
Cops
questioned
Amy
Winehouse
last
night
for
allegedly
kicking
a
theatre
manager
in
the
groin
after
she
fired
a
volley
of
expletives
at
panto
stars.
Winehouse,
who
was
watching
a
performance
of
Cinderella,
shocked
the
audience
when
she
jeered
at
the
case
and
yelled:
"He's
f***ing
behind
you".
Winehouse
kept
on
shouting
as
she
walked
along
rows.
"F***
Cinders,
Prince
Charming,
marry
me" the
Sun
quoted
her
as
shouting.
She
even
called
the
Ugly
Sisters
'bitches'.
After
the
interval
she
refused
to
be
taken
to
a
box
and
allegedly
got
into
a
fight
with
the
front-of-house
manager
Richard
Pound.
She
is
accused
of
pulling
his
hair,
punching
him
and
kicking
him
in
the
groin.
After
the
altercation
two
minders
who
had
come
with
her
ushered
her
out
of
the
theatre
in
Milton
Keynes,
Bucks.
However,
Pound
called
in
the
police
who
are
now
looking
into
the
matter.
Amy
had
gone
to
the
show
to
see
pal
Anthony
Kavanagh
-
a
reality
TV
star
playing
Prince
Charming
in
place
of
regular
Ben
Adams.
"Anthony
brought
Amy
to
impress
the
cast
with
his
showbiz
connections.
But
it
backfired
badly,"
said
an
insider.
The
source
stated
that
Amy
was
"like
a
demonic
child"
and
made
kids
in
the
audience
cry.
"She
was
so
spaced
out
and
told
Anthea,
''I
love
you,
Anthea,
sticky-back
plastic,
I
love
you.'' It
got
worse
because
Amy
had
a
cut
on
her
wrist
and
bled
all
over
Anthea,"
the
insider
added.
