The singer was seen undoing the top buttons of her dress, revealing a pair of 32D while she enjoyed an outing with friends in Camden, reports The Sun.

The Rehab hitmaker was previously reported to have splashed 35,000 pounds at a clinic to go under the knife. She was also allegedly dating a mystery man and keeping it under wraps.
