Peter Andre says he loves Kerry Katona as a friend

London, (ANI): Peter Andre has said that he loves Kerry Katona, but just as a friend. The singer referred to Katona"s earlier interview in a magazine in which she said he was her “sweetheart" and an “ideal candidate" for a boyfriend.

“Kerry said in an interview last week that I was her ideal man, but that she doesn"t want to burden me too much with her problems," the Mirror quoted him as telling new! magazine. He added: “I love Kerry and will always be there for her as a friend, and she is more than welcome to call me whenever she needs to talk. I would never see her as a burden."

“I am so impressed with the way she is turning her life around, as it can"t be easy for her."
