Britney’s songs to feature on ‘Glee’ special

London (ANI): Popstar Britney Spears has landed a special episode dedicated to her songs in the smash hit 'Glee", but she won"t have a speaking part. Glee creator Ryan Murphy said it was the pop babe"s own idea to appear. But the cast and crew have been warned Britney"s troubled private life is off-limits and they are not to poke fun at her meltdown three years ago.

“We"re handling Britney with sort of kid gloves," the Daily Star quoted Murphy as saying. “I really admire what she"s done with her life and how she"s turned things around. So many of the kids on the show say: 'We grew up with Britney. We want to do Britney. So I said OK – but I"m filled with admiration for her too."

In the episode, to be screened on E4 later this year, the Oops I Did It Again singer will star in a series of fantasy sequences.
