Celine Dion pregnant with twins

London (ANI): Canadian singer Celine Dion is expecting twins with her husband Rene Angelil. The 42-year-old had undergone several rounds of in-vitro fertilization in a bid to become a mother again, reports the Telegraph. The singer"s publicist Kim Jakwerth has now confirmed that Dion is 14 weeks pregnant and is planning to find out the sex of the babies next month.

Speaking to People.com, her husband, 68, said: "We're ecstatic. Celine is just hoping for a healthy pregnancy. She was hoping for one baby and the new that we are having two is a double blessing."

The couple has one nine-year-old son, Rene Charles. Five-time Grammy winner Dion, confessed on Oprah Winfrey" chat show in February that she had a miscarriage. "It's life. You know?" she explained. "A lot of people go through this, but it's not being told because it's not in the newspaper."
