Cheryl plans secret meeting with Ashley

London (ANI): Cheryl Cole may just give her 'cheating" husband Ashley another chance to patch things up, it has emerged. The Girls Aloud star was said to be planning a secret meeting with the soccer ace after the split nearly two weeks ago.

"It's a case of the initial anger fading and the sadness and loneliness setting in," News of the World quoted one friend as saying."She'' insistent this is only a trial separation and is carefully considering if there's a way she can move the relationship forward," the friend added.

The couple has been apart after reports claimed Ashley cheated on the singer with several other women, allegedly not for the first time.
