Washington
(ANI):
The
Jackson
family
has
released
a
statement
saying
the
kids
are
happy,
healthy
and
wonderful
after
the
stun
gun
incident
that
took
place
at
their
home
in
Encino.
According
to
the
statement,
issued
by
Katherine
Jackson's
lawyer
Adam
Streisand,
Jermaine's
13-year-old
son
Jaafar
ordered
a
gun
online
and
it
was
delivered
to
the
Jackson
family
home
two
weeks
ago.
The
weapon,
which
is
said
to
be
a
'taser',
triggered
an
investigation
by
the
L.A.
County
Department
of
Children
and
Family
Services.
Streisand
says
Jaafar
opened
the
package
alone
in
his
bathroom
and
"tested
it
on
a
piece
of
paper",
and
when
Katherine
and
security
heard
the
sound
coming
from
the
second
floor
they
confiscated
it.
Apparently
there
are
some
discrepancies
with
the
report,
as
sources
say
that
some
employees
on
the
property
told
DCFS
there
were
two
guns.
The
lawyer
further
said
neither
Blanket
nor
Paris
saw
or
heard
the
"taser",
but
sources
have
said
that
employees
told
DCFS
Jaafar
was
in
the
same
room
with
the
two
and
pointed
a
stun
gun
at
them.
"All
of
the
kids
are
happy,
healthy
and
wonderful
and
that
is
Mrs.
Jackson's
only
objective
and
concern," TMZ
quoted
Streisand
as
adding.
