Jay-Z signs multimillion-dollar deal with Coldplay

New York, (ANI): Jay- Z and Coldplay have apparently bagged a multimillion-dollar deal to perform at the grand opening of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on New Year's Eve.

The strictly by invitation event is masterminded by party planner Colin Cowie. The show will see Jay Z and Chris Martin's Coldplay perform separately and then together in a mash-up performance.

"Organizers have spent millions securing the acts. The word is that Beyonce is now looking for a Vegas New Year's gig so she will be in town with Jay," the New York Post quoted a source as saying.
