New York (ANI): 'Hot n Cold' singer Katy Perry and fiancee Russell Brand have bought a new apartment on North Moore Street. The couple just finalised a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse for 2.7- million-dollar.

The condo with a south-facing terrace is, surprisingly for stars who recently tangled with paparazzi, in a no doorman building, reports The New York Post. Sources informed that the duo is calling their 1,500-square-foot apartment their NYC crash pad in order to minimize New York income taxes.
