London (ANI): Michael Jackson"s personal doctor will face involuntary manslaughter charge over the star"s death, a US official has revealed. Dr Conrad Murray, who has been at the centre of the probe since the singer"s death on June 25 last year, will be taken to court after admitting he administered the powerful sedative propofol to Jackson hours before his death, reports the Telegraph.

The King of Pop died aged 50 at his LA mansion after suffering cardiac arrest. The Los Angeles County coroner ruled his death as a homicide after finding propofol, and at least two other sedatives, in his system. A law enforcement official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said prosecutors will file a criminal complaint against the medic in court.
