The former Spice Girl shocked the fashion world when she was recently spotted walking through Los Angeles airport in a pair of ballet pumps, despite previously declaring she would only wear them in a dance studio.

Rumours then started making rounds that the wife of soccer ace David Beckham had turned her back on high heels because she was nursing "serious bunions" on her feet.
