Kiss frontman Gene Simmons in sex assault court fight

Melbourne (ANI): Kiss frontman Gene Simmons has been sued by a make-up artist for 500,000 dollars over claims of sexual assault and battery. According to RadarOnline, Victoria Jackson claimed she was working at the Los Angeles ESPN Sports Center in November last year when the US rock star touched her inappropriately.

In the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit Jackson said Simmons, 60, dressed in his famous Kiss costume, approached her and said in “a lecherous and inappropriate manner, 'I like you". Simmons then grabbed and hugged Jackson, to which she responded, “Ouch. You are hurting me" because the spikes on the chest of his costume were jabbing her in the face.

Simmons allegedly then began grinding his groin against her. “Aw, That"s better. Now you can go," the Courier Mail quoted him as having said after. Jackson claimed she suffered humiliation, shame, embarrassment, anger, anxiety, loss of sleep and depression as a result of his allegedly “vile and inexcusable" behaviour.

Simmons denied the assault and filed suit in the Superior Court against Jackson on May 14, claiming she wanted money.
