accolade

honoured

BMI
Pop
Music
Awards
in
Beverly
Hills
on
Tuesday
–
the
Song
of
the
Year
award.
This
makes
Swift
the
youngest
recipient
of
the
award,
which
she
won
for
her
song
“Love
Story"
–
just
one
day
after
she
received
the
Artist
of
the
Year
Award
at
the
NARM
Music
Business
Association's
gala
in
Chicago,
Illinois
on
Monday.
The
Daily
Star
reported
that
the
award
for
the
songwriter
of
the
year
was
presented
to
producer
RedOne,
for
his
work
on
Lady
Gaga's
tracks
“Just
Dance",
“Love
Game" and
“Poker
Face",
according
to
the
Hollywood
Reporter.
Rocker
John
Fogerty
was
hailed
as
a
BMI
Icon
and
performed
a
set
of
solo
songs
and
Creedence
Clearwater
Revival
hits,
reports
the
Daily
Star.
Earlier
BMI
icons
