Sir Tom Jones was told to work in gelatin factory!

London (ANI): Sir Tom Jones may have never sold over 100 million records had he followed the advice of career adviser Roger Dinham to work in a gelatin factory. Dinham recalled the time when he told the now acclaimed Welsh singer to “get his backside" down to a local factory offering work in the 1960"s.

“I wanted him to go for the job," the Telegraph quoted Dinham as saying at an event to mark the 100th anniversary of Wales"s first job centre. “He said he didn"t want it because he was going to be a pop star and he was going to make it in music. I said I didn"t care," he added.
