Adele's ex beau demands royalties

Adele is haunted by her past failed relationship. Her ex-boyfriend has demanded a certain percentage of royalties from her latest hit album '19', claiming that he inspired her to come up with the album. The singer revealed that her ex beau has asked for royalties for the song she wrote on their failed relationship.

“For about a week he was calling and was deadly serious about it. Finally, I said, 'Well, you made my life hell, so I lived it and now I deserve it.' He really thought he'd had some input into the creative process by being a p***k. I'll give him this credit - he made me an adult and put me on the road that I'm travelling," The Sun newspaper quoted Adele as saying.

Adele's latest record '21' has been on top of the charts for 14 weeks in UK. Her albums '19' and '21' are at number 20 and number one spot respectively in the US. She had earlier said that the tracks in '21' were inspired by her past relationship.
