Avril-Deryck to sell their marital home

After two years of staying apart from each other, singer Avril Lavigne and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley are now selling their marital home. The former celebrity couple has reportedly put their Bel Air property for sale.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley, who ended their three-year marriage in 2009, bought the Los Angeles mansion from drummer Travis Barker in 2007. The Bel Air property costs $9.5 million and has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gym, sauna, wine cellar and a 10-car garage. Now, the former couple is doing away with the property.

Well, it seems the divorced couple wants to bury their past memories by selling their marital home!
