Cobain,
has
found
herself
in
trouble
again.
According
to
Hollywood
Reporter,
Love
has
been
sued
by
her
former
attorney
firm,
Gordon
&
Holmes
over
comments
she
made
about
the
firm
on
a
micro-blogging
site.
The
law
firm
filed
a
suit
against
the
singer-actress
on
May
26
in
Los
Angeles
Superior
court.
She
was
accused
of
defaming
the
law
firm
with
her
comments
on
Twitter.
According
to
Hollywood
Reporter,
Love
had
a
disagreement
with
the
company
partner
Rhonda
Holmes,
resulting
in
Love
firing
her
legal
team.
Later
on,
she
had
asked
them
to
represent
her
again
but
the
firm
refused.
This
resulted
in
love
allegedly
posting
libellous
comments
about
the
firm
on
Twitter.
Rhonda
Holmes
also
said
that
the
comments
posted
by
Love
on
Twitter
has
damaged
her
career
in
law.
Love
has
also
been
accused
of
other
civil
offences
including
false
light
invasion
of
privacy
and
intentional
interference
with
a
prospective
economic
advantage.
This
is
Courtney
love's
second
lawsuit
involving
civil
defamation.
Earlier,
she
was
accused
of
the
same
by
fashion
designer
Dawn
Simorangkir
because
of
her
Tweets
in
2009.
Love
reportedly
paid
a
staggering
$430,000
to
settle
the
matter
earlier
this
year.
