Singer
Dolly
Parton
has
recently
premiered
the
music
video
for
her
latest
single
'Together
You
and
I'.
The
video
features
the
65-year-old
country
pop
vet
singing
the
uplifting
lyrics
of
the
song
on
a
bridge
and
the
people
around
her
are
holding
hands,
while
she
spreads
the
smile
and
joy
to
them.
In
an
interview
with
the
Billboard,
Dolly
Parton
said,
“I
wanted
to
do
something
uplifting
so
even
in
the
losing
songs,
I'm
saying
you're
going
to
pick
up
the
pieces.
It
seemed
that
with
everything
being
so
doomsday-terrorists
and
bad
weather
and
unemployment-we
need
a
little
sunshine."
However,
'Together
You
and
I'
is
the
lead
single
from
her
upcoming
studio
album
'Better
Day
Now'.
Dolly
Parton
will
embark
on
a
39-date
tour
of
the
United
States,
Europe
and
Australia
in
support
of
her
second
studio
album
for
her
own
Dolly
Records'
album,
which
was
released
on
June
28.
