Teen
sensation
Justin
Bieber
has
added
one
more
feather
on
his
cap.
He
has
made
it
to
this
year's
TIME

annual

people
list.
He
will
join
celebrities
like
Mark
Wahlberg,
Bruno
Mars,
Chris
Colfer,
Blake
Lively,
Sting
and
Amy
Poehler
on
the
list.
However,
Bieber
is
of
the
opinion
that
Charlie
Sheen,
who
is
not
in
the
list,
should
be
in
the
number
one
spot.
“[It]
has
got
to
be
Charlie
Sheen.
He's
got
a
million
followers
in
one
day
on
twitter.
I've
never
seen
that
happen
before.
Plus,
he's
got
tiger
blood,
and
he's
always
winning," Contactmusic
quoted
the
singer
as
saying.
However,
Bieber
has
almost
nine
million
followers
on
twitter
while
Charlie
has
just
over
three
million.
The
“Baby"
singer
has
an
incredible
year
with
his
second
album
'Never
Say
Never:
The
Remixes' topping
the
US
Billboard
charts
and
his
concert
video
'Justin
Bieber:
Never
Say
Never
3D'
doing
well.
People
who

annual
100
most
influential
people
list
will
be
honoured
at
a

on
