Justin Bieber to sue Mariah Yeater after DNA test

Singer Justin Bieber, who is facing the allegations of fathering a love child with Mariah Yeater, has decided to undergo a DNA test after he returns from Europe. The Canadian pop sensation has also planned to file a lawsuit against the women if he is proved that he is not the father of her baby boy.

According to the TMZ report, Justin Bieber's lawyer Howard Weitzman has contacted Mariah Yeater's attorneys last Friday, November 4 and informed them about his wish to go for a paternity test. He has already chosen a lab to do the test. It is also reported that Yeater's lawyers appeared 'nervous' after he agreed for the test.

Meanwhile, the TMZ also report that Justin Bieber would sue Yeater to make an example out of her. The gossip site noted, "Bieber and his team think it's important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity."

However, Mariah Yeater filed the lawsuit against Justin Bieber on October 31. In her court papers, she has stated that she had sex with him in a bathroom at Los Angeles' Staples Center on October 25, 2010. She has claimed, "When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back."
