Ke$ha surprises Glastonbury festival goers

Pop star Ke$ha was the surprise element of Glastonbury festival. She kick started the festival with a surprise set in a tent last night (June 23). The festival goers braved the heavy rains and enjoyed the performance of the singer.

Ke$ha later took to a micro-blogging site to express her love for her fans. “Today was epic!!!! I played the dance tent for the Glasto (sic) Thursday partiers... Tomorrow Dance tent!! Again!! I've been f**king waiting my whole life for the chance to play Glastonbury!! My throat was bleeding. There's nothing more worth my blood than my fans. I'll scream till I bleed all summer long for u (you) guys," she tweeted.

Glastonbury festival, which officially begun today (June 24), will conclude on June 26. The festival will also feature big names like U2, Coldplay, and Beyonce.
