Michael Jackson's death picture shocks the world

The picture of Michael Jackson which shows him lying lifeless on a hospital trolley has created a stir among the fans of the legendary musician. The picture is shown alongside another picture that showed Jackson singing and dancing during his last rehearsals, a day before his death. Michael Jackson was apparently rehearsing for his comeback tour 'This Is It'.

While fans of Michael Jackson from across the globe were waiting to hear on the trial of Dr Conrad Murray, David Walgren, deputy district attorney, Los Angeles pulled out a shocking picture of the singer to the jury on Tuesday.

The picture showed Michael Jackson lying lifeless on a hospital trolley with tape like fixture between nose and mouth taken on June 25, 2009. The picture was fixed alongside another picture taken on June 24, 2009. That, however showed Michael Jackson singing and dancing during his last rehearsals for his comeback tour — This Is It.

The photograph is a clear indication of Jackson being under some kind of substance influence at the time of his death. Walgren also played an audio tape of the singer slurring while talking of his future plans.
Dr Conrad Murray, who was the personal physician of Michael Jackson is being charged with the bizarre death of Jackson.

However, the fans of Michael Jackson are furious as the picture has struck a debate on the ethic of releasing pictures of the dead.
