MTV VMAs tribute to feature Amy Winehouse's last recording

MTV Video Music Awards will pay tribute to late singer Amy Winehouse, who recently died mysteriously at her residence. According to the organisers of MTV VMAs, the special segment will feature Amy Winehouse and Tony Bennett's last session at Abbey Road Studios in London to record their duet 'Body and Soul'.

MTV has booked Tony Bennett to remember his 'Body and Soul' duet partner Amy Winehouse at the MTV VMAs. The musician said, "It was a thrill to record with Amy Winehouse. And when you listen to the recording of 'Body and Soul', it is a testament to her artistic genius and her brilliance as one of the most honest musicians I have ever known."

However, 'Body and Soul' is one of the many collaborations in the album 'Tony Bennett: Duets II', which will hit the stalls in the US on September 20. Columbia Records will release the song and its music video on September 14, on Amy's 28th birthday. And the song royalties will be donated for charity to help those battling drug addiction.
