Pete Doherty's photo shoot shows him eating syringes

British rocker Pete Doherty has apparently posed for a controversial photo shoot for photographer Kiwi Wells. The pictures shows Doherty eating syringes.

Pete Doherty, who is best known musically for being co-frontman of The Libertines, has some very controversial photo shoot that shows him eating needles and syringes. Doherty has done the shoot for Kiwi rocker turned photographer Steve Wells.

Musician Pete Doherty hit headlines often due to his frequently-publicised drug addictions. After battling an addiction of heroin and cocaine for almost 10 years, Doherty is back doing what he does best – making headlines!

Now, Doherty has posed with a plate full of hypodermic needles. Kiwi Wells, who lives in Paris recently staged an exhibition of his work in his hometown of Auckland.

It seems that when Pete Doherty and Kiwi Wells met by chance at a restaurant in Paris, Wells asked Doherty to do the photo shoot.
