Taylor Swift selling her Nashville mansion

Country singer Taylor Swift is selling off her Nashville mansion for $1.45 million. She bought the Tennessee home for $1.4 million last September. She is going to make a profit of $50,000 out of the house.

The property, which was built in 1929, boasts of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a sprawling estate, several gardens, a water fountain and an outdoor fireplace. The house also has hardwood floors, custom woodwork and ornate hand-crafted plaster ceilings and a huge kitchen.

It looks like Taylor Swift decided to sell her home in Tennessee, as she has bought a three-bedroom home in the same area for her parents. She also has bought a $3.35 million home in Beverly Hills to save on hotel accommodation cost, as she visits Los Angeles very often.
