By Raymond Ronamai

United States President Barack Obama and the first lady Michelle were given a warm welcome by Irish pop group Westlife, on their arrival to The Republic of Ireland, through a special concert held in their honour. Over 20000 fans were reported to have shown up for this free concert held at College Green, Dublin.

The two Grimes brothers of Westlife, also popularly known as Jedward, are said to have got an invitation from the Obamas to visit the White House. “We met Barack Obama, it was a moment that will go down in History for Jedward. We were talking to Barack Obama about the Jonas Brothers and Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus," the brothers posted on their Twitter page.

The duo tweeted that they couldn't wait to go to the White house. “When we saw Michelle Obama we gave her a Jedward Hug and we were talking about going to the White House to meet her daughters. We can't wait to go to the White House!" they added.
