Will Chandan Roy's Character Bhopa Swami Take Center Stage In Aashram 4?

Chandan Roy admitted that he was initially uncertain about the show, but witnessing its immense popularity has boosted his confidence in it. There is much chatter about his character's evolution in Aashram 4. Addressing the same, Chandan said in an interview with Mid-Day, "It depends on the writer. I am also in the dark right now. I am sure the writers will create more magic as this season has ended on quite a high."

Talking about the evolution and the core traits of his character Bhopa Swami, Chandan said that Bhopa Swami always had to fight for his place. Despite earning Baba Nirala and people's trust, there has always been a storm of "internal conflict" beneath him.

Calling Aashram a "Cult" show, Chandan expressed that he was "not sure" that it would become what it is now. Chandan said to the outlet, "I knew that it was a great story and script, and it was being directed by Prakash Jha and had Bobby Deol."
