Ang Mutya Ng Section E (The Jewel Of Section E) Ending Recap (Episode 16)

Ashtine Olviga and Andres Muhlach's onscreen chemistry as 'Jay-jay' and 'Keifer' left everyone gushing over them, having fans shipping them in real life. Directed by Theodore Borobol, The Jewel Of Section E became a rage all across the globe. From the dynamic ensemble to the gripping narrative, and of course, the theme of love and friendship, Ang Mutya Ng Section E kept everyone hooked to the screens right from the start.

Starring Ashtine Olviga, Andres Muhlach, and Rabin Angeles in the lead, the finale episode (ep 16) of the P-drama premiered on April 25 (Friday) at 12 am on Viva One in the Philippines. Due to the different time zones, the episode dropped in India on Thursday night at 9:30 pm IST.

Ang Mutya Ng Section E episode 16, titled 'The Engagement', started off as a simple Christmas celebration-cum-New Year's party which shockingly turned into Jay-jay's engagement party with Yuri. As a part of the business deal between the families of Jay-jay and Yuri, they decided to announce their engagement at the party which she had no clue about. Initially shocked, Jay-jay then decided to accept her engagement with Yuri after learning about the Fernadez company going bankrupt. Before the engagement party, Keifer admitted his feelings for Jay-Jay to Yuri. But the latter confessed to doing everything to keep Jay-jay away from him. With the fear of hurting Jay-Jay, Keifer decides to step back but at the party, after watching Jay-Jay getting engaged to Yuri, he couldn't let his love go. And then, Jay-Jay and Keifer confessed their feelings for each other and kissed each other, even though she was already engaged to Yuri.

The official synopsis of Ang Mutya Ng Section E season 1 finale episode read, "Jay-jay gets the shock of her life when a simple New Year's celebration turns out to be her engagement party. Keifer shows up, confusing Jay-Jay more. Will she choose to help her family, or will she listen to her heart? (sic)"

On Friday night (IST), the second day of AMNSE team's meet-and-greet with their fans, the makers of The Jewel Of Section E officially confirmed its second season titled - Ang Mutya Ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side. The teaser has offered a round-up of the entire first season with a sneak-peek of what's about to come.

What To Expect From Ang Mutya Ng Section E Book 2 (Season 2)

Without giving many spoilers, the teaser video teased fans with a hint of new characters being introduced in the second season. Fans can expect the answers to Keifer and Jay-Jay's pasts.
