Since From The World of John Wick Ballerina is a Lionsgate release, an India Times report claimed that the Ballerina movie might have its OTT premiere on Netflix after its theatrical run, given 'Den of Thieves 2' (another Lionsgate film) OTT release on Netflix. As per DOT 2's OTT release schedule, Ballerina movie is also expected to maintain a two-and-a-half-month gap from its theatrical and OTT premiere and arrive on Netflix by the end of August this year.

However, according to Variety, Amazon Prime has acquired the post-theatrical digital rights of the Ballerina movie and might stream the film as a part of their "package" of 2025 films this year.
