There is a shocking twist at the end of Ginny & Georgia Season 3. Ginny started to believe that her mother is capable of change. In the end, we saw Georgia ending her marriage with Paul. She also refused to start a new relationship with Joe as her daughter Georgia wanted no new men involved in their life.
But the twist comes in the last few seconds of Episode 10 when Georgia arrives in her kitchen and drinks milk from the bottle. Ginny first adored her mother. She then remembered something and shockingly asks Georgia "Mom, Didn't you say you drink milk when you're pregnant?" This shocked Georgia, hinting that she might be pregnant.

In the end, Marcus came home drunk from Bodie's party. Breaking down in front of his parent, Marcus said, "I hate me." This statement left everyone crying, and his sister, Max, urged his parent to send him to rehab.
