The way he has played his part feels simple and real, which seems to be working in his favour. When asked about tough phases in life, the actor spoke about a phase that affected him deeply.

VISHAL VASHISHTHA RECALLS JAW FRACTURE AFTER ACCIDENT

Speaking about whether he ever felt like giving up, Vishal Vashishtha exclusively told Filmibeat that the thought never really crossed his mind. But there was a time when fear took over after a serious accident. Recalling the phase, he shared, "No, the thought of giving up has not come yet, and I don't think it ever will. But yes, the fear of not being able to continue in this craft had really troubled me for a while because I had faced this accident, where I just had a deadfall because of low blood pressure, and it fractured my jaw that time."

He further opened up about how intense that period was, both physically and mentally. "So my jaws were wired for about two months, and that was a scary time. For two months, I couldn't do anything. I was on a liquid diet. In such situations, your thoughts are then wild, and you start thinking about what's next. When I can't use my instrument to its fullest potential, I have to choose a different profession."

Despite the uncertainty, Vishal didn't let those thoughts take over completely. Instead, he used that time to reflect and rebuild himself internally. "But then thoughts are just thoughts. So I think we crossed that path, and here we are again. But it really helped me because I was by myself, not talking, but thinking. I used to write a lot at that time."

Looking back, the actor believes that phase played an important role in shaping his journey. "That must have, subconsciously, given me a really good foundation to really go into a direction of my career where finally now I'm working with such brilliant creators, brilliant actors. So I think much needed, but I hope it never comes back again."
