Gulaabi OTT Release, Platform:After A Successful Run In Theatres, Nikkhil Arya’s Marathi Film Is Now Streaming

Nikkhil Arya, while soaking in the success of his latest offering, has reasons to be happy as his Marathi debut, Gulaabi, after a decent run at the box office, is now streaming successfully on Amazon Prime. The movie hit the OTT platform Friday, and the actor is thrilled with the response that it has received. It's already had a great first weekend after release on the OTT platform.

"Gulaabi had a good 4 week run in theaters in India and abroad (especially America and the Middle east) and now streaming on Amazon Prime gives it an added advantage as it's a global platform and anyone and everyone can now watch it," he said.

The movie features Nikkhil in a positive role, which he has done after a while. It revolves around three women of different generations, and the actor plays a key role in their lives.

Talking about how his character has evolved in the movie, he said, "The transition in the film is quite nice, because it starts of as the character of a very hardworking, self-made, and stern person, but there are interesting events which soften him up with time and he starts giving other emotions more importance"

He hopes that the audience accepts him in this new avatar. "The role demanded a lot of versatility with a wide range of emotions and I am hopeful that the viewers will accept this attempt and take away a very different nikkhil back with them after watching it" Nikkhil ended.
