Maa Hai Na: Govinda Makes Special Appearance On Preeti And Neeti Simoes’ Show To Support Daughter Tina Ahuja

The upcoming episodes of the cooking reality show Maa Hai Na, backed by Preeti Simoes and Neeti Simoes, are set to see a special appearance by Govinda. The actor will be stepping in to support daughter Tina Ahuja after wife Ssunita Ahuja was unable to be part of the shoot for the last few episodes.

Tina had originally joined the family-based reality show alongside her mother as a contestant pair. However, due to Ssunita's absence from the recent schedule, the makers decided to bring in another important member of Tina's family to keep the emotional essence of the show intact.

As exclusively revealed by The Times of India,"Ssunita ji has been unavailable to shoot for the past few episodes. We thought of bringing in another important person in Tina's life to support her on the show. That is how we approached Govinda sir, and we are glad he agreed to be a part of Maa Hai Na. He is scheduled to shoot for the episode today."

Over the past year, Govinda and Ssunita's relationship has often made headlines after Ssunita mentioned in interviews that the couple had been living in separate homes. The statements sparked speculation around their marriage, though both Govinda and Ssunita later clarified that they continue to remain together and that there is no separation between them.

Married since 1987, the couple share two children Tina and son Yashvardhan Ahuja. Yashvardhan has also been gearing up for his acting debut.

Hosted by Shilpa Shetty, Maa Hai Na revolves around celebrity family duos and emotional bonding through food and conversations. Social media star Manisha Rani is also part of the show with her father and was initially the only contestant not participating with her mother. With Govinda now joining Tina on stage, the upcoming episode is expected to add an emotional and nostalgic touch to the reality show.
