He added , "And of course, the transformation was something else! I had to go from 'engineering guy' mode to full-on diva 'Rani' mode with the wig, makeup, and all. Let's just say, learning to walk in heels was an adventure, and I may have stumbled more times than I care to admit. But that's all part of the fun getting into Rani's shoes (literally!) helped me really connect with the character and the story."

Talking about the film, actress Parvati Nair said , "Mr Rani' was such a refreshing experience for me. After a break from Kannada cinema, I didn't expect to find a script so funny, engaging, and heartfelt. What really drew me in was how different it was from the serious roles I've usually played. My character here is quirky, light-hearted, and truly fun. It's unlike anything I've done before, and that shift was incredibly rewarding as an actor. Shooting the film had its challenges, especially with Deepak's transformation into a female character. The makeup, costumes, and his performance were so convincing, there were moments people didn't even recognize him on set! It brought a unique flavour to the film.
