Directed by Ayan Chakraborti, Nikhoj 2 marks talented Bengali actress Swastika Mukherjee's return as the fearless cop Brinda Basu. Tota Roy Chowdhury will also be reprising his role from the first season.

Featuring Swastika Mukherjee as the fierce and bold police office Brinda Basu who is investigating the missing case of her daughter Diti, Nikhoj 2 is the final season of the nail-biting gripping Bengali-language thriller web series. Nikhoj 2 trailer, which has been well-received by the audience, promises a new emotional rollercoaster ride packed with thrill, drama and new secrets.

Headlined by Swastika Mukherjee and Tota Roy Chowdhury, the show also features Koneenica Banerjee, Somashri Bhattacharyya, Rajatava Dutta, Saoli Chattopadhyay, Pratik Dutta, Priyanka Mondal, Lokenath De and Honey Bafna among others in key roles.
In the show, Tota plays the role of a prominent TV news anchor Romit Sen who becomes a prime suspect behind Diti's disappearance.
The Hoichoi synopsis of the show reads, "DCP Brinda Basu's daughter's disappearance leads to a web of deception. Journalist Romit Sen complicates the case as Brinda fights for the truth. (sic)"

After a wait for nearly 1-and-a-half year, the Nikhoj team is returning with its part 2. Titled Nikhoj 2 - The Search Ends, the final season of the much-loved Bangla web series is scheduled to premiere on Hoichoi tomorrow (Friday, January 10).
All the episodes of the final season are scheduled to drop on Hoichoi at midnight (12 am) on Friday.
