This time, Rana gets entangled in deeper conflicts with his loved ones as a ruthless underworld figure from his past makes his way back into his life as a looming threat. Besides the OG Rana Naidu cast from the first season, Arjun Rampal, Kriti Kharbanda and Himanshu Malhotra will be seen in the 8-episode Netflix sequel.

During an exclusive interview with 'A se Aadii' from Filmibeat, Rana Naidu 2 actor Himanshu Malhotra, who is gearing up for the release of 'Kesari Veer', has dropped a major update about the Rana Daggubati starrer Netflix series.

Spilling beans, Himanshu revealed that Rana Naidu season 2 is expected to premiere on Netflix on June 13. Yes, you read that right!

Describing his character in Rana Naidu season 2 as 'uber cool', when Himanshu was asked about his next project after Kesari Veer, he said, "We have Rana Naidu Season 2 on Netflix which is releasing mostly on 13th of June. (sic)"
