Shark Tank India Season 5 Today Episode: Corel Lifecare Secures A Deal To Scale Their Aquaculture Innovation

With India's vast coastline and rapidly expanding fisheries sector, the need for scientific intervention has never been more urgent. This Thane-based startup, Corel Lifecare is stepping into Shark Tank India 5 with 11 specialised aquaculture supplements, thoughtfully developed for Indian water conditions and climate.

Moving beyond conventional trading, the brand has built a strong on-ground ecosystem of over 1,500 farmers across six states, supported by 120 connect partners and field consultants. By pairing high-quality products with hands-on expertise, Corel Lifecare is enabling farmers to improve yields in a market valued at over ₹3,000 crore.

The venture is driven by the technical expertise of Abhijeet P. Naohate, a Fisheries Master with 12 years of industry experience, alongside co-founders Nikhilesh Hajare and Rohit Patel.

On Shark Tank India Season 5, the founders presented a compelling case for the untapped potential of India's Blue Economy. Seeking ₹1.2 crore for 2% equity, the pitch sparked strategic negotiations that culminated in a joint investment from Anupam Mittal and Kunal Bahl, who came on board with ₹1.2 crore for 8% equity to help scale Corel Lifecare's impact nationwide.
