Titled 'The Aftermath', Ang Mutya ng Section E episode 12 sees how Jay Jay lands up in trouble at a party. After the intense school festival, Jay Jay and Felix went to a pool party where she fell into the trap of Kiko. However, Jay Jay, Yuri and their gang reached their at the right time and rescued her from Kiko's evil plan. But Jay Jay, who was intoxicated by Kiko, hardly remembers anything. She wakes up at Keifer's house and gets shocked when she gets to know everything. Later, Jay Jay and Keifer enjoy a romantic moment at a Halloween party.

The official synopsis of the episode reads, "Jay-Jay learns about Kiko's evil plan and how Section E, led by Keifer, came to her rescue. Sem break approaches and Jay-jay finds hersel confronting a scary feeling during a Halloween party."

When the semester break approaches, Jay Jay and Keifer attend a Halloween party together where she finally confronts her feelings. Between Yuri and Keifer, Jay Jay finally chooses Keifer. That's not it, the two also shares a kiss. Yes, you read that right!

When Jay Jay avoided eye contact with Keifer while the they shared a romantic dance because she feared she wouldn't be able to look a take her eyes off him, Keifer told her to look him into his eyes. And that's when Jay Jay realised what (or who) she really wants. The episode ends with the two sharing a romantic hug at the Halloween party.
