The Sabarmati Report stars Vikrant Massey, Ridhi Dogra, and Raashii Khanna. Vikrant portrayed the role of a journalist, Samar Kumar, while Ridhi Dogra is seen as Manika Rajpurohit. Meanwhile, Raashii Khanna plays the character of Amrita Gill. The movie also stars Sudip Ved, Digvijay Purohit, and Barkha Singh in key roles.

The plot of the movie revolves around a journalist who investigates the train burning incident in 2002, that took place in Godhra, Gujarat. Things get twisted when another journalist found his report years later which led them to uncover the conspiracy and hidden truth involving powerful political figures.
