Ullu App House Arrest Controversy: The Ullu app, known for streaming adult content, has erupted a controversy online over its one of the shows 'House Arrest'. Hosted by Bigg Boss fame Ajaz Khan, the reality show created a stir online over objectionable explicit sequences on camera. It all started when the former Bigg Boss contestant asked the contestants to perform different s*x positions on camera. The clips went viral online in no time, sparking outrage among the netizens. Following the backlash, the streaming platform took down the controversial reality show from their app.

Ullu reality show House Arrest is in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Due to the objectionable clip from the show, which caused a major controversy online, Ajaz Khan and Ullu CEO Vibhu Agarwal have been summoned by the National Commission for Women (NCW) on May 9.
Taking to Twitter (now 'X'), the NCW wrote, "NCW takes suo moto cognizance of obscene content on Ullu App's show House Arrest. Viral clips show women being coerced into intimate acts on camera. NCW slams the platform for promoting vulgarity & violating consent. CEO & host summoned on May 9. (sic)"

Meet the man behind the controversial adult content app Ullu - Vibhu Agarwal. Yes, he is the founder, and CEO of the streaming app. Launched in 2018, the said OTT app mainly focuses on adult content.
According to Vibhu's LinkedIn profile, Vibhu started off as the Founder & Director of Jaypeeco India Pvt. Ltd. in 1995. He's been associated with the business world for the past 30 years. In 2022, he launched Atrangi TV, known for family content.

According to a Zee News report, the search growth for Ullu app increased rapidly during the lockdown. Rpeortedly, the Ullu app recorded a whopping 220% hike in users in the first two months, followed by a dip to 150%.
